Access conditions Trademart

Trademart in Brussels is a B2B purchasing center for retailers and other professionals, and the largest wholesale center for stores in Europe. It houses showrooms of over 1,500 different brands in clothing, accessories, baby products, decor, and more, all under one roof.

No, it is only open to retail professionals with a valid VAT number. Visitors must provide information about their business in advance. Individuals from the general public are not permitted.

Yes, access is free. However, parking is paid. A parking pass costs €25 per year. Without a pass, parking is €8 per day.

No, the access card is personal. However, you are allowed to bring one additional person. Exhibitors can request an additional card for each staff member.

Accessibility

Yes, absolutely! Trademart is well-connected by public transport:

  • Metro: Take Line 6 towards Koning Boudewijn and get off at Heysel station. Use the stairs on your left and walk for another 5 minutes.

  • Tram:

    • Tram 7 to Heysel Terminus, then a 5-minute walk.

    • Tram 3 to Esplanade, then an 8-minute walk.

    • Tram 93 and 51 to Koning Boudewijn Stadion, then a 15-minute walk.

  • Bus: Buses 84 and 88 from Berchem Station and Rogier stop at Heizel.

Yes, Trademart offers two parking areas with a total of 1,500 spaces. The parking location depends on the sector you are visiting:

  • Parking P1 via Atomiumlaan 1: For fashion & accessories &go, baby & kids, home & living, shoes & bags, sports & outdoor, and supplies & services.

  • Parking P2 via Madridlaan 130: For fashion & labels and home & living &go.

Yes, you can visit Foodbar De Serre and the brasserie of Traiteur De Schepper in the atrium. They are open during the following hours:

  • Monday: 11:00-15:00

  • Tuesday-Friday: 11:00-14:00

Yes, lockers are available at the P1 Pool entrance (via Atomiumlaan) and P2 Gardens entrance (via Madridlaan)

Yes, there are 20 public charging stations across parking areas P0, P1, and P3. You can use any public charging card, and our stations support up to 22 kW charging.

Free restrooms are available on every floor. Find them using our digital map at maps.trademart.be or by downloading the MyTrademart app from the App Store or Google Play.
